These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SafePDF (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Access and Use
SafePDF is provided primarily as a local/offline toolkit for PDF manipulation. The website provides information, downloads and documentation. Users must comply with applicable laws when using the software.
Free and Pro Features
SafePDF is distributed with an open‑source core (GPL‑3.0) that provides a set of free features. In addition, the project may offer paid "Pro" features, subscriptions, or commercial add‑ons that extend functionality.
Pro features, subscription terms, pricing, trial periods and refund policies (if any) will be clearly disclosed at the point of purchase. Pro or commercial components may be licensed under different terms; the open‑source GPL‑3.0 license applies only to the components that are explicitly released under that license.
Purchases and billing are handled through third‑party payment processors; the Provider does not directly store card details. Please review the payment provider's terms and privacy policy when completing a purchase.
License & Intellectual Property
The SafePDF source code and releases are licensed under the GNU General Public License v3 (GPL‑3.0). You may review the full license in the project repository. All trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
Restrictions
Users must not:
- Use the Service to infringe others' rights;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent protections in the Service beyond the permissions granted by the license;
- Introduce malware or harmful content.
Third‑Party Content and Links
The site may include links to third‑party websites or resources. The Provider is not responsible for the content or policies of third‑party sites.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service and downloads are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Provider harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service.

SafePDF is designed with privacy in mind file processing happens locally.
